What year it was! Our 2020-21 academic year brought more challenges than any of us could have anticipated. A year marked by the COVID-19 pandemic with its horrific toll on health, livelihoods, education and so much more. Compounded by the continued systemic racial inequities experienced here in the US and abroad. Certainly, the challenges of this year have made clear the urgency of impact leadership and the need for disruption and change.
