Antony Bugg-Levine

In his role as CEO, Bugg-Levine oversees more than $340million of investment capital and a national consulting practice, and works with a range of philanthropic, private sector and government partners to develop and implement innovative approaches to financing social change. He writes and speaks on the evolution of the social sector and the emergence of the global impact investing industry. He is the co-author of Impact Investing: Transforming How We Make Money While Making a Difference (Wiley, 2011).

Nonprofit Finance Fund is a national nonprofit and financial intermediary that unlocks the potential of mission-driven organizations through tailored investment, strategic advice, and accessible insights. A leading community development financial institution (CDFI) with over $80 million in assets, NFF has provided $550 million in financing and access to additional capital in support of over $1.4 billion in projects for thousands of organizations nationwide. In partnership with others, it has generated $16 million for nonprofits for building reserves, cash reserves and endowments through its multi-year asset-building service, BFF. It has also provided $1.2 million in loan guarantees, $10.3 million in 9/11 recovery grants, about $13 million in capital grants, and $2 million in planning grants.
