Smart Scaling. Smart Scaling trains impact enterprise leaders and funders on best practices for driving impact at scale. The program approach, knowledge, and tools are generated from CASE’s decades of research on the scaling journey, from both the enterprise and funder perspective. The series of live, virtual sessions are highly interactive, including dedicated work time to apply concepts to participants’ own impact organization and structured peer feedback. The program is customized to cohort needs. For cohorts of portfolio enterprises, participants will work to build a robust plan and pitch to scale their impact.
