Innovating to Scale. This four-part webinar series provides insight and perspective for organizations wanting to innovate for greater impact and scale.  Each session will feature frameworks and best practices from CASE’s research as well as an impact leader sharing their story about innovating to supercharge their organization’s mission:

All sessions take place on selected Thursdays, 12:00-1:00 PM ET over Zoom

Strengthening Impact Management. Smart Scaling. Smart Scaling trains impact enterprise leaders  and funders on best practices for driving impact at scale. The program approach, knowledge, and tools are generated from CASE’s decades of research on the scaling journey, from both the enterprise and funder perspective.  The series of live, virtual sessions are highly interactive, including dedicated work time to apply concepts to participants’ own impact organization and structured peer feedback.  The program is customized to cohort needs.  For cohorts of portfolio enterprises, participants will work to build a robust plan and pitch to scale their impact.  For cohorts of funders, the program is focused on advanced strategies to funding scale. Share your information to be notified when date are set for our next training.

This live and cohort-based training helps C-Suite leaders and managers cut through the noise in the rapidly expanding ESG and impact field to immediately and confidently enhance their impact management practices.
