Nichelle McLemore is a Lead Client Service Partner in Deloitte’s Energy Resources and Industrials practice with over 20 years of consulting and professional services experience. She is currently serving as a Client Relationship Executive to large, global clients including integrated energy companies. In this role, she focuses on developing strategic relationships and delivering impact to her clients across the broad spectrum of services Deloitte provides including consulting, audit, tax, risk, and financial advisory service. She began her professional career at Andersen Consulting in Dallas in the Human Capital practice where she focused on change management and mergers and acquisitions. Later, she joined Deloitte’s Houston office, where her tenure in client service was centered around large, complex iconic transactions and transformations across various industries in the M&A practice. Clients served include: Agilent, Baker Hughes, a GE Company, Bayer Heatlhcare, Calpine, Cameron, IBM, Marathon Oil, Motiva, Shell, and Verizon. Nichelle holds a BA in Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
