José Luis Mantecón García is currently the Vice President of Sustainability and Institutional Business for Grupo Rotoplas, a multinational water storage, piping, and purification technology company headquartered in Mexico. Before this role, Mr. Mantecón held the position of International Director, responsible for all of the company’s operations outside of Mexico. Among his achievements are the development of self-cleaning biodigesters and the company’s Agua para Todos (Water for All) program in Brazil, which provided access to water to more than 1 million people through rainwater harvesting. Before joining Grupo Rotoplas, Mr. Mantecón founded several companies in the construction sector.  He has more than 25 years of professional experience, and holds a degree in business administration from Saint Michael’s College and an executive post-graduate degree in marketing from the Anahuac University.
