Kristina Wyatt, BA ’87, is Executive Vice President and General Counsel at The Conservation Fund, a national nonprofit that blends conservation and economic development to create solutions where people and nature thrive together. She previously served as General Counsel and Chief Sustainability Officer at Persefoni, and earlier led the drafting of the SEC’s climate disclosure proposal. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Counsel and Co-Head of the ESG Steering Committee at the law firm Latham & Watkins.
Kristina’s work bridges law, regulation, conservation, and sustainability, advancing practical strategies for conservation and economic impact.
Kristina holds a BA from Duke University, a JD from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from Yale University.
