Lisa Shpritz, MEM ’97, is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Senior Vice President in the Global Environmental Group, within Bank of America’s Environmental, Social and Governance Group. As Environmental Business & Engagement Executive, she is responsible for the company’s environmental sponsorship strategy and leads environmental programs in Bank of America’s local markets. Lisa joined Bank of America in 2005, and spent six years in Real Estate Services, where she established the Environmental Risk and Sustainability Group, which oversaw environmental compliance and sustainability in the Bank’s occupied real estate portfolio of approximately 80 million square feet. She has also represented Bank of America on the Board of Directors of US Green Building Council (USGBC), in the Finance, Surety and Corporate Real Estate seat from 2006 through 2013, serving the last two years as Board Treasurer. Lisa holds a Master’s in environmental management from the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University, an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a BA in Biology from Cornell University.
