CASE’s social impact program provides students with direct connections to cutting-edge insights, best practices, and field leaders.  Students can participate in various CASE events to hear from and meet with social entrepreneurs and social sector leaders. Students gain first hand access to leading research around social impact and impact investing, and have the opportunity to engage with CASE’s world class Advisory Council, CASE Senior Fellows including,  diversity, equity and inclusion expert Aliyah Abdur-Rahman; NY Times best-selling author Dan Heath; and social marketing and scaling impact expert, Paul Bloom.

Social Impact & Sustainable Business Conference

As the largest event of its kind in the Southeast and the largest student-led conference at The Fuqua School of Business, this event aims to educate students and Triangle-area professionals on rapidly evolving opportunities to bring about positive and sustainable change through business. Each year, the conference brings together hundreds of attendees and speakers from the public, private, and social sectors to discuss innovative business models, partnerships, and ideas that are creating last social impact around the world.

Social Impact Career Support

Fuqua’s Career Management Center (CMC) and the Fuqua Net Impact Club collaborate to provide resources and support to students and alumni who are interested in social impact careers. Activities include advising students on their job search and career decisions, sponsoring social impact career panels and networking opportunities, providing industry information, developing relationships with social sector organizations and promoting job postings.
