Kaley Palanjian

Kaley is originally from Fort Walton Beach, FL and holds a BA in Linguistics from Georgetown University. Prior to Fuqua, she worked at a global public affairs firm as the Chief of Staff to Managing Director of Washington, DC. She also brings experience from global leadership advisory and executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles, where she lead CEO and Board transition engagements in the social impact sector, with clients ranging from large non-profits, foundations, and university.

Kaley is excited to serve as one of 2024-2025’s CASE i3 Co-Chairs to continue growing impact investing at Fuqua. She is passionate about driving ownership opportunities through impact investing to reduce income inequality and revive broader American prosperity.
