Nichelle McLemore is the U.S. Oil & Gas Leader and a Lead Client Service Partner in Deloitte’s Energy Resources and Industrials practice. She has over 25 years of consulting and professional services experience, primarily focused on large transformations and M&A transactions across multiple industries. She is the Chair at the Texas Hearing Institute, an organization that focuses on helping children with hearing loss reach their full potential. She is also an Executive Member in the Women’s Energy Network (WEN). Nichelle holds a BA in Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
