The Forte Foundation, which encourages young women to enter into business careers, approached Fuqua and asked for help creating new content on corporate sustainability for its “Rising Stars” program for undergraduate women. Together, Fuqua and Forte created a new video titled “Sustainability: The Next Wave of Growth.”
Duke student Amanda Bushell (MEM/MBA’18), EDGE Managing Director Katie Kross, EDGE Advisory Board Member Chris Vlahoplus, and several Duke alumni and other guests are featured in the video.
“My hope is that undergraduate students will watch this and realize there are exciting career opportunities in using the power of business to solve global sustainability challenges,” said Kross. “There are so many different ways for young people with a business skillset to connect their skills with their passions.”
