I’m Caleb Ruffin, a futurist and digital native eager to reshape the future of work. Born in New York and raised in rural eastern North Carolina, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University before relocating to San Francisco to work at Accenture.
At Accenture, I immersed myself in all things human capital and talent strategy, notably helping to expand our apprenticeship programs across the Americas, deepening my commitment to an equitable future of work.
My path then led to LinkedIn, where I leveraged market research to shape product strategy for LinkedIn Premium and Learning, driven by our mission to create economic opportunity for the global workforce.
At Fuqua, supported by CASE, I plan to launch a social enterprise utilizing AI to close the opportunity gap, focusing on education, access, and professional development for marginalized communities. I am driven by a vision of entrepreneurship and evolving work paradigms as avenues for freedom, empowerment, and fulfillment in the digital age.
I am thrilled to join the CASE community, ready to contribute and deepen my understanding of impactful social ventures.
