The Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics (COLE) recognizes that promoting internal and external awareness about COLE and the consequential leadership issues that it examines is one of the most important aspects to the Center’s success. A key component is leveraging the reputation and extensive network of Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business, academic and practitioner communities and other leadership centers, to foster the free exchange of ideas and theories about leadership & ethics. Through these dynamic partnerships, the COLE leverages intellectual resources and practical experiences to respond to today’s need for ethical leaders and leadership development.
