Sanyin leads Duke University’s Coach K Leadership & Ethics Center at the Fuqua School of Business. The Coach K Leadership & Ethics Center is a laboratory for leadership for future-forward leaders.
She is also a professor at Duke’s Pratt School of Engineering and a fellow in the Traditioned Innovation Program at Duke Divinity School. She serves on the Friends Board of the Nasher Museum of Art and the National Advisory Board of Duke Chapel.
Recognized by Thinkers50 (the premier biennial ranking of global management thinkers) as the world’s top executive coach (2019) and one of its top 50 management thinkers (2021, 2023), she was inducted into the Thinkers50 Coaching Hall of Fame in 2023.
