COLE is about developing the next generation of leaders. As such, COLE seeks to empower and develop students to become leaders of consequence. The center offers the following programs and resources for Duke Undergraduate students:
- COLE Undergraduate Scholar and Internship Program: is a highly selective program (launched in 2012) where students work and strategize on various COLE initiatives. Through engagement with COLE, student interns and scholars are exposed to leadership development opportunities and mentorship, and flourish in a culture that promotes collaboration and teamwork. are also given the freedom and resources to launch entrepreneurial projects on behalf of the center in their areas of interest. - Mentorship Outreach, in partnership with Fuqua’s Association of Women in Business (AWIB).
- Advises student organizations on their leadership-related programming. We are currently an academic partner of the Duke Association for Business Oriented Women (BOW) and the Pan Hellenic Council (beginning Fall 2016)
- Open invitation to Speaker Series convened by COLE and Fuqua.
